PRICE- Our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, Merlene “Mert” Powell DeCaro, age 77, passed away peacefully Feb. 2, 2014 at Castleview Hospital in Price. She was born Oct. 22, 1936 in Price, Utah to Wilford and Evelyn King Powell.
A celebration of “Mert’s” life will be Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the Tuscan in Price. In her honor, we ask that you wear anything sparkly, silver and or gold. Family will receive friends at the Tuscan one half hour prior to service.
