PRICE- Our loving son, father, brother, and friend, L Scott Littlejohn, age 65, passed away peacefully March 15, 2014 at his home after a valiant battle with ALS.
He was born Oct. 21, 1948 in Price, Utah to CM “Scotty” and Nana Beth Angus Littlejohn.
Scott was a graduate of Carbon High School Class of 1966. After graduation he proudly served his country in the United States Army for nine years. After his honorable discharge he began driving truck. Scott worked for Western Coal and finished his love of driving while working for Burningham Trucking. He loved every minute with his best buddy his son Scotty, riding snowmobiles, four wheelers and driving their big trucks. After he retired he was diagnosed with ALS. He never let it stand in the way of teasing and making everyone smile. As he always said “have fun”.
Survived by his mother, Nana Beth Davis, Price; sister, Peggy Littlejohn, Gallatin, TN; brothers, Ray (Jeneal) Littlejohn, Boulder, CO., Bert Davis, East Carbon, Todd (Karen) Davis, Price; 2 granddaughters, Frankielyn and Scottie; many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his father, CM “Scotty” Littlejohn; daughter, Lynn Littlejohn; son, Scotty Littlejohn; brothers, Mike and Terry Davis.
Funeral service, Saturday, March 22, 2014, 1 p.m. Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main) in Price. Family will receive friends at Mitchell Funeral Home Friday evening from 7-8 p.m. and Saturday one hour prior to service. Interment, Cliffview Cemetery, Price. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories of Scott online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
