PAYSON/PRICE – Calvin Lee Cook, age 51, passed away unexpectedly on April 7, 2014 due to complications of MS. He was born on Aug. 8, 1962 in Price, Utah to Jay Cook and Carol Hansen.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at 10 a.m. at the Fausett Mortuary Chapel (680 East 100 South – Price, Utah.) A viewing was held on Friday, April 11, 2014 from 6 – 8 p.m. at Fausett Mortuary and on Saturday from 9 – 9:45 a.m. prior to the service at the mortuary. Interment, Wellington Cemetery.
