HUNTINGTON/PRICE-Our loving mother, daughter and sister, Terrie Lyn Maki Thompson, age 48, passed away May 6, 2014 in Roy Utah.
She was born Oct. 2, 1965 in Riverside Calif. to Robert E. and Mollie A. Bennett Maki.
Terrie married Glen R. Thompson, June 8, 1991 in Huntington, Utah, they later separated.
Mom will always be remembered as a sweet loving soul. Always making sure she was there for her family and raising her daughter Whitney. She would always say she had it easy with me growing up that when I had kids I wouldn’t have it so easy. She always loved being around friends and family and was very excited when Whitney brought Nick home for the first time and even more joyful when they became engaged to be married. Mom enjoyed working at The Hair Hut for a number of years with good friends. Terrie loved to travel with her Mom Mollie, daughter and nephew. We went all over the Western states to see family and just have a good time out on vacation. She also loved being with her parents in Huntington.
She is survived by the joy of her life and her best friend, daughter Whitney A. Thompson and fiancé Nick DiFiore, West Valley City, Utah; mother, Mollie A. Maki, Roy, Utah; brother, Mike (Christine) Maki, Clinton, Utah.
Terrie is preceded in death by her father, Robert E. Maki.
Rest in Peace Mom. We love you forever and always.
