WELLINGTON-Surrounded in love by her family, our beautiful mother, wife, sister and dearest friend, Cindy Basso Rogers, was carried away from this world upon magnificent wings of angels, June 30, 2014. She was 60 years old. Born Sept. 3, 1953 in Price, Utah to Frank and Joyce Day Basso.
