Lee Snelgrove with the Department of Natural Resources brought 25,900 Splake from Glenwood to Joe’s Valley Reservoir. These little fish are only five inches long and have so much to learn in the reservoir, how to survive rather than becoming someone’s lunch. Some as they come out of the truck shoot across the lake with their heads held high. They are ready and happy with their new home. Thanks to Officer Snelgrove and the other DNR workers who bring us the fish. They do as it says on their truck “Put the fish in fishing”.
