3-GUN SHOOT OFFERED
The city of Emery, in partnership with the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, will host a 3-Gun shoot on November 8, beginning at 11 a.m. The event will take place at the Emery shooting range just south of town.
The youth (18 and younger) are invited to participate. Children need to have completed hunter safety. The firearms that will be used and provided are .22 rifles, .22 pistols, and shotguns. Ammunition will also be provided. Pre-registration is recommended.
The 3-Gun shoot is a family-friendly competition, where participants use shotguns, .22 pistols and .22 rifles during three separate courses. The objective is to hit as many targets as possible in the least amount of time using the three different firearms.
Range supervisors will be on-hand to coach shooters and provide assistance. Awards will be presented to the winners.
Everyone welcome.
