The Lady Pirates lost by the score of 57-43 to the Whitehorse Raiders.
The Lady Pirates trailed by just one point after the first quarter at 11-10 and then trailed by six at the half as they were out scored in the second quarter 19-14. The Ladies had trouble scoring in the second half and Whitehorse ended up winning the game easily after out scoring Green River 16-8 in the third quarter and by 16-6 in the final period.
Scoring for the ladies were Presley Lovato with 14 points, Maribel Escalante with 11 points, Savannah Williams with 9 points, Kira Engleman with 7 points and Cassidee Moore with 2 points. The girl’s play this Friday at home against Monument Valley.
