"Kimberly Roberts"

By By

EMERY, UTAH-Our beloved angel, Kimberly J. Roberts, 15, passed away from her earthly chains on January 27, 2015 at Primary Children’s Medical Center in Salt Lake City. She was born April 7, 1999 in Price to Nash and Alisha Ewell Roberts.
Kimmy is now breathing deeply and climbing the mountain by Emery to touch the “E”. Her favorite color is green and favorite animal is the turtle. Kimmy and her family went on a Make-A-Wish cruise. The highlight of the trip was going to Grand Cayman and holding the turtles. Although she struggled with pulmonary hypertension, she never complained or held back from making people smile and laugh. On the day of her passing, going down State Street in Salt Lake City, she smooshed her face up against the window and waved at all the cars at the stop lights. She loved it when people laughed and waved back.
Kimberly is preparing the way for her parents; siblings: Raquel, Katelynnd, Kylee and Kristopher; her grandparents: Greg and Christine Jensen, Emery; Victor and Karen Ewell, Elmo; and Kim D. Roberts, Beaver.
Waiting for her with open arms is an uncle, Kim Jay Roberts and many great-grandparents. A celebration of life was held Saturday, Jan. 31, 2015 at 11 a.m. in the Emery LDS Chapel, 70 North Center, where friends called from 9:30-10:30 a.m. The family invites any stories or memories of Kimmy, either verbal or written Funeral directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti. Online guestbook at www.maglebymortuary.com
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation to Make-A-Wish Foundation at https://wish.org/ways-to-help/giving/donate or Primary Children’s Medical Center, at http://intermountainhealthcare.org/hospitals/primarychildrens/donations in Kimberly’s memory.
