PRICE/SANTAQUIN-Brianna (Bri) Blackham, age 23, passed away Friday, April 17, 2015 at Mountain View Hospital in Payson. She was born Feb. 7, 1992 in Price, Utah to Karla Thorsen Terry and the late Robert Blackham.
