Canyon View Junior High School held their closing program on May 20. Shekiya Jensen welcomed everyone to the program.
Each of the ninth grade students were introduced and given their certificate of completion.
Mr. Peter Moulton and Mrs. Jackie Weihing presented the students with their awards. Receiving awards: Kira Saling, Lainee Jensen, Easton Gordon, Amanda Johansen, Newt Oveson, Brans Petersen, Lyle Pierce, Allen Durrant, Garrett Rowley, Dariyan Nelson, Litzi Villalba, Justin McCartney, Joseph Emery, Destiny Tucker, Jaden Defa, Bridger Ivie, David White, Morgann Donaldson and Ashlynn Hilliard.
Lainee Jensen gave the honor address.
The ninth grade class sang a musical number, Hallelujah, arranged by Roger Emerson. It was conducted by Mr. David Bird and accompanied by Marilee Cox.

A slide show was presented featuring all of the ninth grade students.
Brans Petersen gave the closing remarks. A reception followed with an opportunity for students, friends and family members to take pictures and congratulate the ninth grade students on their accomplishments.
