PRICE- Hans G. Miller, born June 18, 1938, completed this earthly haul surrounded by loved ones just as the sun rose over the mountains on July 2, 2015. He went from his children’s arms, to the embrace of his Savior and a grand welcome from his mom and dad, Gottlieb and Gretsel Miller, brother Louis, granddaughter Rachael, and a multitude of his 4-legged family members.
Hans was a hard working man who was proud to wear many hats and had an unsurpassed knowledge of farm equipment. He made his living and funded his adventures through his creativity, the friendships he built and his brilliant mind. In short, he got things to where they needed to be.
He delighted in animated stories and in providing plenty of content through accomplishing great feats in the name of fun, mischief and celebration. He will be missed and honored by his children, Maurdi (Blair) Larsen, MiKay Potter, MiKell Miller, Sterling Miller, Joel (Jen) Miller, Gretsel (Andy) Marshall; 48 grand and great grandchildren; longtime friend, VerLynn Oviatt; his siblings, Dee (Sharon) Miller, Connie (Jerry) Hansen, and Buster (the dog) Miller.
Funeral service, Tuesday, July 7, 2015, 1 p.m., Price Sixth LDS Ward, (303 West 500 South) in Price. Family will receive friends Monday evening at Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main) from 7-9 p.m. and at the church Tuesday from 12-12:45 p.m. Interment, Price City Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories of Hans online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
