Cleveland Town honored citizens Kay and Linda Jensen

Kay and Linda Jensen, longtime residents of Cleveland have been married for 49 years and are the proud parents of six children and 20 grandchildren.
Kay has lived and worked on the family farm north of Cleveland his whole life and brought Linda to live on the farm from Price when they were married in 1966.
Linda studied cosmetology at Carbon College. She spent many years using her skills doing hair for the women of Castle Valley.
She spends her spare time working at Gordon’s Nursery and The Forbidden Fruit Sweet Shop.
In 1964 Kay graduated from BYU with a B. S. degree in elementary education. He spent 32 years using his degree as a teacher in Wellington, Huntington, Orangeville, and Cleveland, where most of his years were spent.
Since retiring in 1996, he has found more time for his hobbies including playing and singing in a local band and tinkering with his motorcycles.
