John and Kitty Harrington were married on Aug. 20, 1955 in Las Cruces N.M. They celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Aug. 23 with family at the Lions park in Helper.
They are the parents of five children, Michael Madden, Melody Marrelli, Mark Harrington, Audrey Hundley and Melissa Harrington. They have 13 grandchildren, 37 great grand children and one great great grand child.
