KARB Kickin’ Country Radio is pleased to announce the sixth annual Broncs and Bulls Event to be held on Saturday, Sept. 19 at 7 p.m. at the Huntington Arena.
Mark your calendars for some good times at the rodeo. Stock will be provided by Rocking B Rodeo and CC Bucking Bulls.
This year’s event will include: bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, bull riding, barrel racing, donkey roping, chicken chase, cash calf and adult money grab.
Back by popular demand is the Fifth Annual Children’s Rodeo.
The kids rodeo action runs from 4-6 p.m. with a stick horse barrel race, mutton bustin, junior barrels, calf riding, Jr. Hide race, mini bronc riding and mini bull riding.
Call if you want to enter the mini broncs or mini bulls.
The kids rodeo has been well received and gives local children, who may otherwise never get the opportunity, a chance to have a rodeo experience.
Event organizers said, “We want to have low ticket prices so families can afford to come and enough added money to attract good quality riders to put on a great show.
It is important to us that this be a family event with good entertainment.”
“This year we will be giving Gist Silversmiths Spurs and coats to our rough stock event winners.”
The main event begins at 7 p.m. To enter, contact Will Payne at 749-1007. Entries open on Sept. 13 at 5 p.m. and close on Sept. 15 at 5 p.m.
Kids age 5 and under are free. ages 6-12 is $6 and adults age 13 and up are $8.
Advanced tickets can be purchased at IFA in Price, BK’s in Huntington, and J&D Auto in Castle Dale.
