Peach Days Grand Marshals: JuLee and Russ Oakeson

JuLee and Russ Oakeson were surprised to be chosen as grand marshals for the Peach Days celebration this year, but are very honored. Russ and JuLee made their home in Ferron in 1988. Russ has lived in Ferron since 1977. But because of work he had to move to Herriman in 1986. Where he met his love and best friend JuLee. She is from Riverton.
Russ and JuLee enjoy helping others, gardening, fishing, camping and being outdoors. They are the parents of four children, two married and two single. Justin and AnnaLisa, Trent and Sarah, Kaden and Kassidee. They are grateful to live in Ferron where they can do all the things that they enjoy. They are happy they have been able to raise their family here in the great community of Ferron.
