PRICE-Richard Byron Vance, age 73, passed away Sept. 6, 2015 at Pinnacle Nursing & Rehabilitation in Price. He was born Dec. 9, 1941 in Standardville, Utah to Darcy Elmo and Bertha Anderson Vance. Married Laura Wall Saxton, Sept. 1968 in Murray, Utah; they later divorced.
Graveside services will be held Friday, Sept. 18, 2015, 1 p.m. at the Cliffview Cemetery. Family will receive friends at Mitchell Funeral Home Friday one hour prior to service.
