WELLINGTON-David Allen Blain, 55, passed away suddenly Nov. 17, 2015 at home. He was born Dec. 3, 1959 in Salt Lake to Joe Allen and Alice May Kellogg Blain. Married JoAnne Hawks April 5, 1991; later sealed in the Seattle Washington Temple on Oct. 11, 1997.
Funeral service was held, Friday, Nov. 20, 2015, 10 a.m. at the Wellington Stake Center, (935 E Main) in Wellington. Family received friends at Mitchell Funeral Home Thursday evening from 6-7 p.m. and at the church Friday one hour prior to service. Internment, Wellington City Cemetery.
