Amy was born in Richfield, Utah to Larry Burk and Pamela Jo Fausett on April 7, 1969 and was raised in Price, Utah from the time she was a little girl. A celebration of Amy’s life was held on Monday, Feb. 8, 2016 at 7 p.m. at Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price where the family received friends one hour prior to the service.
