Lance was born April 16, 1967 in Provo, Utah to LeNoy Nick Carter and Peggy Lee Jacobson. Married Bobbi Lee Olsen, Aug. 3, 1991 in Price, Utah; they later divorced. Funeral service, Wednesday, June 8, 2016, 10 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price. Family will receive friends at Mitchell’s Tuesday evening from 7-8 p.m. and Wednesday one hour prior to services. Interment, Mt. View Cemetery in Helper.
