SUNNYSIDE, UTAH – Judy Kay Bowers Noyes passed away June 8, 2016 at her home. She was born Nov. 10, 1950 in Provo, Utah to Hollis Sibyl Timothy Bowes. She married Jim Noyes on Nov. 19, 1995. A viewing was held Sunday, June 12, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. at Fausett Mortuary in Price. Graveside and interment were held Monday, June 13, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Wellington City Cemetery.
