Our beloved Son, Brother, Husband, Nephew, Cousin, Uncle, Friend, and Father: Russell J Hardy has left this world for a happier place of rest. “We will miss your smile, your wit, but most of all you. You departed this world too soon, and we’re left with only fond memories of the times we all had together.”
Russell is survived by his wife, Andrea Hardy; son, Trevor Hardy; mother, Gayle Hardy; Siblings, Angie Hendricksen (Paul), Brian Hardy (Jessica); Kim Hill (Andy), Mike Hardy and Jeff Hardy; and many friends who will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by father, Terral Hardy. Born in Provo, Utah; He attended: Cottonwood Elementary, Orangeville, Utah San Rafael Junior High, Ferron, Utah Emery High, Castle Dale, Utah graduated Hurricane High, Hurricane, Utah United States Marine Corps August 2001-July 2006 stationed at MCAS-Miramar, San Diego, Calif.
After the Marines he continued his work in avionics building private luxury jets with General Dynamics building the Gulf Stream brand and constructing essential avionic parts with Parker Hannifin. This is where he could be close to his second love, flying. Having lived in Orangeville, Utah; Hurricane, Utah; San Diego, Calif; Huntington Beach, Calif; Lake Elsinore, Calif; Long Beach, Calif; Bellflower, Calif;. He wasn’t afraid of where his next adventure would be. He loved the mountains of Utah, fishing in Joe’s Valley, and the air shows of the military stations in southern California. He loved wrenching on his Nissans and cooking up a mean set of ribs. No matter where he was, he would always make it a home.
We will miss you, dearly, Russell, this world will be a much sadder place without you.
Donations made will go toward Russell’s final arrangements; establishing a college fund for his son, Trevor; and lend assistance to his wife, Andrea. http://russellhardymemorialfund.mydagsite.com/home.
