Tricia and Blain Burgener of Heber City, Utah and the late Cory Nielsen of Elmo, wish to announce the marriage of their daughter, Haylee Kaye Nielsen to Kelton Webb, son of Darrelene Webb of Heber City. The couple were married on August 20, 2016 at the Soldier Hollow Pavilion in Midway. Grandparents of the bride are Earl and Sue Cullum of Lawrence, Paula and the late Gordon Nielsen of Elmo. Grandparents of the groom are Myrna and the late Darrell Vernon and Kenny and the late Lynda Webb all of Heber City. The couple will make their home in Heber, where they are both employed.
