PRICE-Fosca Frugni Poloni, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister, passed away Nov. 15, 2016. Born June 3, 1924 in Chicago, Illinois to Antonio and Bianca Orlandi Frugni. Fosca was a lifelong resident of Carbon County growing up in Helper and Price. Married Arco Poloni on April 16, 1945 in Phoenix, Arizona where he was stationed at Luke Field. At Fosca’s request there will be no funeral service. Graveside service, was held Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016, at 10 a.m., Price City Cemetery. Family received friends at Mitchell Funeral Home on Saturday one hour prior to service. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories of Fosca online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
