PRICE/MILLER CREEK-Dennis Francis Carter, age 68, passed away Dec. 2, 2016 after his battle with heart disease and cancer due to Agent Orange exposure in Vietnam. He was born of Jan. 22, 1948, in Provo, Utah to Elmer and Ardella Conklin Carter. Funeral service, Thursday, Dec. 8, 2016, 11 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price. Family will receive friends at Mitchell’s Wednesday evening from 6-7 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to service. Interment, Elmo Town Cemetery.
