PRICE- Our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend Rudy slipped away to heaven Dec. 4, 2016 at Castleview Hospital in Price, Utah.
He was born Nov. 30, 1926 to Italian immigrants Anton and Maria Perelli Procarione.
He was a lifetime resident of Carbon County. Attended school in Price. He retired in 1987 after 35 years with the Utah Department of Transportation. He and his loving wife owned and operated Love Floral until 1998. He loved taking his children and grandchildren out camping, fishing and Easter picnic and being with friends. He loved sports, loved to bowl and bowled in the leagues for years making many lifetime friends. He loved traveling and spent many happy hours following and supporting his children and grandchildren in their sports and other activities. He always had a game on to watch. He will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Castleview Hospital and Symbii Home Health and Hospice for the special care given to dad.
He is survived by his sweetheart of 62 years, Alma Rae Bates Procarione, Price; children, Kent (Diane) Procarione, Huntington, Gary (Beth) Procarione, Price, Steven (Lisa) Procarione, Price; 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; brothers, Jim and Ernie Procarione; sister, Juanita Budo; brother-in-law, Boyd Berensen; many loving nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Karen Olsen; son in law, Kenneth Olsen; sister, Norma Berensen; brother, Glenn Procarione; sisters-in-law, Betty and Pat Procarione; brother-in-law, Ralph Budo; niece, Paula Berensen; nephew, James Procarione.
Funeral service, Thursday, Dec. 8, 2016, 2 p.m., Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment, Cliffview Cemetery in Price.
