David A. Armstrong, Ed.D. passed away from congestive heart failure on March 2, 2017 at Community North Hospital in Indianapolis, Ind. He was with family at the time of his passing. He was 74 years old. Born in Price, Utah, in 1943, David is the son of the late Yolanda Pagnotta Armstrong. He married Claudia Cartwright in 1962. Memorial Mass, Saturday, April 1, 2017, 11 a.m., Notre Dame de Lourdes Catholic Church with a rosary service beginning at 10:30 a.m. Committal service, Price City Cemetery.
