Emery and Carbon High Schools participate in Sterling Scholar Program

Sterling Scholars from Emery High

Emery and Carbon High school participated in the Sterling Scholar program held at USU Eastern last night. In English Kody Welles from Carbon was a runner up. In Music, Sadie Crompton from Carbon was the winner and Kaili Merrell from Emery was the runner-up. In Mathematics, Aubreyona Migliori was the runner-up. Logan Engar from Carbon was the winner; In Business and Marketing-Chole Teuscher was the winner. In social science, Ty Mecham was the runner-up and Paul Bryner from Carbon was the winner. In Drama, Ryan Morley from Carbon was the winner and Garret Stilson from Emery was the runner-up.
In visual arts, Carlee Anderson from Emery was the runner-up.
In computer technology Riley Rasmussen from Emery was the runner-up and Nathan Carpenter from Carbon was the winner.
In dance, Simone Burton from Emery was the runner-up and Abbigail Fausett from Carbon was the winner.
In skilled and techinical education, Tiffany Feichko from Carbon was the winner and Daryl Guymon from Emery was the runner-up.
In science, Allyson Woolsey from Emery was the runner-up.
In world languages, Monique Bowman from Emery was the runner-up and McKenna Sorensen from Carbon was the winner. In forensics and speech, Kyler Wakefield from Emery was the runner-up and Kanyon Beecher from Carbon was a runner-up.
Hannah Powell from Carbon was the winner in the family and consumer science category.
Jeff Winget was the sterling scholar advisor this year.
