Louise Hansen Whiteside

SPRING GLEN/HELPER-Our loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Louise Busetto Hansen Whiteside, age 75, passed away peacefully on March 28, 2017.
She was born December 6, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois to Tony and Rena
Maddalozzo Busetto.  Louise married Earl Hansen and they were blessed with four children prior to their divorce.  Married Trevor Whiteside and they
later divorced.
Louise was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Helper.  She was an avid horsewoman belonging to the Ladies Star Riders in Carbon County for 24 years.  Louise had a very strong love for family and always enjoyed
activities with her children and grandchildren.  She loved her pets and
horses.  Her love for horses led to her owning many successful race horses.
She enjoyed daily walks with close friends and trips to the casino.  During
her working years she worked for Dr. Wally, Dr. Flack, Discover Card and
Castleview Hospital.  The family would like to extend a special thank you to
the Huntsman Cancer Institute, Dr. Sunil Sharma, Joan Collette and their
wonderful staff.
Survived by her children, Kevin (Kathy) Hansen, Kerry (Denise) Hansen,
Leslie (Terry) Hansen, David Hansen, all of Spring Glen; grandchildren, TJ
(Teresa), Brian (Jody), Damien, April and Stephanie; great grandchildren,
Gentry, Maya, Tylee; sisters, Barbara (Collin) Bryner, Bountiful, Utah,
JoAnn (Joe) Jensen, Price.
Preceded in death by her parents, Tony and Rena Busetto; nephew, Allen
Johnson.
Funeral Mass, Saturday, April 1, 2017, 10:00 a.m., St. Anthony Catholic
Church.  Vigil service, Friday evening 7:00 p.m. at Mitchell Funeral Home.
Family will receive friends at Mitchell Funeral Home Friday and Saturday one
hour prior to service.  Committal, Price City Cemetery.  Arrangements
entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are always welcome
daily and may share memories of Louise online at

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Huntsman
Cancer Institute.
