Caroline “Carol” Cline passed away after a lengthy illness on April 5, 2017 in Price, Utah. She was born Dec. 26, 1943 in West Jordan, Utah to Lue and Caroline Palmer Smith. A visitation was held on Monday, April 10, 2017 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Green River LDS Church. Graveside services followed in the Elgin Cemetery at 1 p.m. Services are entrusted to Fausett Mortuary.
