PRICE—Jewell E. Barkley passed away peacefully in the presence of her family on Thursday, March 4, 2017, after a long courageous battle with cancer. I was fortunate to be born on June 17, 1935 in Butte, Mont., to my wonderful parents Elsie Carkeek Arnason and John B. Arnason. Funeral service, Tuesday, May 9, 2017, 11 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home.
