Salt Lake City – The Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining Abandoned Mine Reclamation (AMR) Program hosts a public open house Wednesday, May 24 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Carbon County Event Center located at 450 South Fairgrounds Way in Price.
Division staff will discuss the planned maintenance on the Kenilworth mine site including highwall hazard reduction, site drainage improvements and coal waste disposal.
