PRICE, Utah – William Lee Pilling known as “Bill or Grandpa B” passed away peacefully in the presence of his family on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 in Price, Utah at the age of 76. He married the love of his life, Anna May Parcell on his birthday at the young age of 18 in Orem, Utah. They raised three wonderful children. He loved everyone and his family was the center of his universe. Bill was born Oct. 4, 1940 in Price, Utah to Woodrow Leon and Erma Burton Pilling. Memorial service, Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 10 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home where the family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
