Our beloved husband, Dad and grandfather passed away on May 11 in Spanish Fork, Utah. Jack was born Jan. 4, 1926 in Cascade, Mont. The only child of Jack and Alice Mary Grady Erwin. He married Charlotte Hanks May 29, 1948 and they were longtime residents of Green River, Utah. Funeral services will be held at the LDS church in Green River, Utah on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Noon. Visitation will be held prior to service from 11-11:45 a.m. Interment will follow at the Elgin City Cemetery entrusted to Fausett Mortuary.
