Members of the Lady Spartan State winners golf team attended the annual All-State awards banquet for Utah High School Golf. This banquet is put on by the UGA.
Three girls from Emery High School were placed on their First team All-State team. Sydnee Guymon, Taijah Price and Lainee Jensen were recognized by the UGA.
Lainee Jensen for making the first team all-state team
Taijah Price for placing on the all-state team for three consecutive years
Sydnee Guymon for placing on the all-state team for four consecutive years. – There were only seven golfers (boys/girls) total that received the four year award for Utah High School Golf.
During the program while Wesley Ruff read a short bio on each of the kids, Sydnee Guymon thanked her Swing coach Kenji Otani for making this dream a reality, because without him it would not have been possible.
