Cowboy Memorial Rodeo comes to Castle Dale Arena on July 28-29

The Les Schwab-Dinosaur Tire Cowboys Memorial Rodeo is happening on July 28 and 29 in Castle Dale.
This is a Rocky Mountain Pro Rodeo Association sanctioned event. Rodeo action begins nightly at 7:30 pm. Gates open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for adults are just $10; kids 6-11 $6; kids 5 and under are free. Entertainment this year will include Bull Soccer on Friday and Saturday nights. There will be a watermelon race both nights for the little children. Jared Storrs is the clown at this year’s event. Monroe Magnuson, founder of the Cowboys Memorial Rodeo will be the announcer.
Top cowboys and cowgirls from all over the state as well as some local talents will be competing for more than $4,500 in added prize money.
The Emery High School Rodeo Team will be serving up some great burgers and plenty of cold drinks in the concession stand. Vendors will include kettle korn and snow cones. Listen to KOAL/Kickin Country radio for a chance to win free tickets to the rodeo.
Make plans to bring the whole family out for two nights of great rodeo action. There will be a team roping event on Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Blue Sage Arena in Castle Dale. Check the Sinbad Productions Facebook page for more information. They are donating a portion of their earnings to the Emery High rodeo team.
