Green River also lost their first match on the road losing to Tabiona in five sets. The Lady Pirates kept it close the entire match. They lost the first set, 10-25.

The Lady Pirates couldn’t hold on to their winning ways and dropped the next two sets, 22-25 and 9-15.
Green River will travel to the Wayne tournament over the weekend and will travel to Grand on Sept. 30. They will host Escalante Aug. 31 and Monticello on Sept. 5.
Monticello will be their first region match of the year. This will good be a good test of how Green River will stack up in the region.
