Richard E. Davies

Price – Richard E Davies, 57, died Aug. 30, 2017 at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo, Utah. He was born on Jan. 11, 1960 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Richard Edward Davies and Janice Manita Roberts. He married Sheri Lu Davies in Salt Lake City, Utah on March 12, 1982.
He was raised in Fillmore, Utah. He moved to Price at the age of 12. His hobbies included riding his Harley, camping and fishing, and shooting his guns. He liked making personalized memorabilia on his laser etching machine. He enjoyed driving for Savage Industries. He was funny, kind, caring, and loved to make people laugh. He loved his grandkids and his animals.
He is survived by his wife, Sheri Davies of Price, his daughter, Rachel (David) Murphy of Nevada, his grandchildren, Natalie Paddock, Hayley Davies, Abby Paddock, Tera Davies, and Nolan Davies, his sister, Barbara (Butch) Olson of Helper, and his mother Janice Manita Roberts of Price.
Preceded in death by his son Steven Davies, his grandson Luke Davies, father Richard Davies, and brother Dirk Davies.
Memorial service will be Wednesday, Sept. 6, at 5 p.m. at Fausett Mortuary, 680 East 100 South in Price. No graveside service will be provided. Friends and family may sign the guestbook and share memories of Rick at www.fausettmortuary.com.
