The Good Ole Days Car show will be held on Saturday, Sept. 9. It will be part of the Peach Days celebration. Grant Jenkins is the event organizer. There will be a breakfast from 7-9 a.m. at the fire station.
The registration for the car, truck and bike show will be at the Ferron Fire Station from 7-10 a.m.
This year’s car show is a special event fundraiser for the Jenkins grandson, Braden Burke who has stage 4 melanoma cancer. Braden graduated from Emery High and is now employed by the forest service.
He attended Snow College and will resume classes there this fall. He is taking chemotherapy to combat his cancer.
There will be a lunch from 11-1 p.m, swap meet/yard sale, farmers market and there are raffle tickets for $1 each for many prizes to help raise funds. The event will also include a silent auction.
The trophies for the car show will be awarded at 3:30 p.m.

Everyone is encouraged to come out and see the great cars coming to the event and to support this cause to help a great young man.
