City recorder Jenene Hansen swore in mayor elect LaMar Guymon and new council members Gloria Wilson and Kelly Oveson on Jan. 2 at 1 p.m. Outgoing mayor Hilary Gordon was in attendance as was council member Joe Ward and family and friends of those being sworn into office. Newly elected members will serve a term of four years.
