Plea: Guilty. Disposition: Sept. 19, 2017. The defendant reported, he has not been able to get into treatment. He has filled out the documents to enter the Carbon County drug court. The court ordered the defendant to report to the Carbon County drug court on March 7 a 9 a.m. Sentencing is set for March 20 at 9 a.m.

The defendant was arrested on a warrant for failure to report to adult probation and parole to complete the presentence investigation.
