The Miss Emery organization hosted a fundraiser golf tournament for Miss Emery Michaela Wolford. Miss Emery will be attending the Miss Utah competition in June and fundraising activities will help with sending her to Miss Utah including, ad pages, photo shoots, clothing allowance and all involved to get a contestant ready for Miss Utah.
Golfers gathered and shot 18 holes. The Edgehouse team took first place in the tourney.
The golfers bought raffle tickets and many prizes were donated by area businesses. The hole in one shot was donated by Ace Auto and Trailer Sales.
But on this day, none of the golfers got a hole in one, but they said it was fun to try. Kina Jewkes and Addison Johansen helped with the event.
First attendant Collette McElprang helped with the lunch. Firepit restaurant at the Millsite golf course provided burgers for the golfers.
