Bonnie Day recognized as Elmo honored citizen

Bonnie Day has been chosen as the 2018 Elmo honored citizen.
Bonnie Day was born on August 15, 1948 in Price Utah. She grew up in Elmo on her family’s Farm.
She moved away for college and got married. Her time away was spent in many places since her husband was in the Air Force.
They moved back to Elmo in 1989 and she has been there ever since. She is strong when trials come her way.
She loves playing the piano. She is dedicated to her family and work. She has been a librarian at the Elmo Library since it first opened in July of 1990. She started as an assistant then became the head librarian in 2005. She is part of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. She shows kindness to everyone.
