On July 11, in Cedar City at the Rural Schools Conference, Representative Carl Albrecht was awarded a plaque recognizing him for “Unparalleled Performance and Exemplary Dedication to the Students of Rural Utah,” presented by the Utah Rural Schools Association.
Others honored were, Senator Orrin Hatch, Senator Evan Vickers of Cedar City, and Former Speaker of the Utah House of Representatives, Mel, Brown of Coalville.
