The girls basketball team from Morgan came to the Spartan Center on Dec. 22 and met the Lady Spartans. The teams from Emery played hard and gave it all they had but the teams from Morgan came away with wins in all three of the games. The Lady Spartans team consists of: Kenzie Jensen, Karlie Jensen, Nikki Sebring, Allison Wells, Amber Gardner, Gwen Coyne, Jennifer Nielson, Brandi Jensen, Courtney Jensen, Jeanna Morash, Mackell Huntington, Lauran Martin, Falon Gilson, Holly Bell, Misty Nielson, Casey Murray, Cheryl Grant, Candace Ungerman, McKenzie Sitterud, Mindi Larsen and Jillian Wall. They are coached by Duane Merrell and Robert Wagoner. at home Saturday against the top-ranked 2-A team Manti. Game time is 7 p.m. at the Spartan Center.
