PRICE – Our beloved husband, father, son, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Lamar Carlyle Edwards passed away peacefully at his home on Jan. 7, 2011 at the age of 92. Lamar was born on Oct. 6, 1918 to Carlyle and Ila Edwards in Sterling, Utah. He married the love of his life, Wardella Laverne Ward on Feb.14, 1947. Lamar served proudly in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Friends and family may gather on Wednesday, Jan.12, 2011 at Fausett Mortuary (680 East 100 South – Price, Utah) for a viewing from 1-2 p.m. with a celebration of Lamar’s life at 2:30 p.m. Interment will be in the Price City Cemetery with military honors by the American Legion. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary.
