WELLINGTON- Our hero, Fred Dale Jensen, passed away one day before his 92nd birthday, on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Parkdale Care Center, Price, Utah after a 4 year struggle with colon cancer. Dale was born on May 10, 1923 to Wilford and Florence McMullin Jensen in Cleveland, Utah where he grew up and helped with the family farm.
A viewing will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at the Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price from 6 – 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 13, 2015, 11 a.m. at the Wellington Stake Center, 935 East Main Street, Wellington Utah, with a viewing one hour prior at the church. Interment will follow in the Wellington City Cemetery and will include military honors by the Price American Legion. Services are in the care of Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are always welcome daily and may sign the guest book and share memories of Dale at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
