The Emery County Attorney has received and reviewed investigative reports from the San Juan County Sheriff’s Office regarding an incident that occurred in Monticello on December 2, 2015. Emery County has filed an Information charging Jesse Cole Young with Aggravated Burglary (Domestic Violence), a First-Degree Felony, and Assault, a Class A Misdemeanor. Mr. Young’s initial appearance in the Seventh District Court in Monticello, Utah is January 4, 2016.
