Cleveland, UT – Sandra B Clark, age 50, passed away suddenly in Price, Utah on Dec. 18, 2015. She was born March 24, 1965 in Provo, Utah to LaVon and Mary Baxter Blood. Sandy married Bill Carl Clark on June 1, 2005 and shortly afterwards they moved to Huntington where they have lived since.
