FERRON – Kelley Jean Ostler, 53, passed away June 11, 2016 in Ferron, Utah. She was born May 5, 1963 in Murray, Utah to Leon Grant Ostler and Gloria Jean Burbidge. Kelley was married at the age of 15 and then moved to Ferron where she raised her five children – two boys and three girls.
